About us

Philpro was established in 1995 and has been providing CAD Drafting and Site Survey Services and Solutions to the building services sectors throughout the country, from its office based in North Cheshire.

We cover a wide range of disciplines from Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical to Heating and Ventilation and Air Conditioning.

Working on the fastest workstations and using the latest AutoCAD software our fully trained operatives can boast high productivity, quality and a fast turnaround to meet your ever more demanding deadlines.

Our Services

Our comprehensive range of CAD Services enables us to provide flexible solutions to meet your individual requirements meaning a cost effective "one-stop-shop" for all your graphical, drafting and document creation needs.

Conversion of Drawings - We can convert your engineers hand draw sketches to electronic multi-layered CAD drawings, giving a professional look to all your projects.

Record Drawings - We provide a complete record drawing service for all your M&E projects, either by supplying marked up sketches or for us to site survey and transfer our information to as fitted / as built / as installed drawings.

Co-ordinated Services - We produce fully coordinated services drawings detailing lighting, power, data, pipework, HVAC with other disciplines.

Architectural plans - We are able to site survey and prepare existing building plans, sections and elevations, and return to our clients in B&W or colour presentation prints or as electronic AutoCAD .dwg .dxf .dwf, Raster image files .jpg .tiff .pdf or Microstation .dgn file formats as required.

Electronic Manuals - On completion of your project we know how important it is to hand over the project to your client and provide  high quality and comprehensive Operation and Maintenance manuals. We can collate your description of systems, technical data, specialist manuals, operating procedures, test and commissioning data and record drawings into binders and electronic cd's providing them with an easy single point of access to all the relevant data, all designed round your own corporate branding.

Large Format Plotting Service - We offer a complete large format printing service to out clients. We use HP plan printers and can print and plot anything from building plans to one off full colour presentation prints upto AO in size (1189mm x 841mm).
